Go Power! GP-IC2000-12-PKG Pure Sine Wave Inverter

The Go Power! IC2000-12-PKG is a 12 VDC 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter with built in charger (100 amp) and built in transfer switch (Dual 50 amp). This package also includes a battery temperature sensor and the ICR-50 digital Inverter remote. This remote controls the many features built into this inverter charger.

The pure sine wave output is great for running computers, portable electronics, fridges, microwaves , TV’s medical equipment etc. A typical RV, Marine or Off Grid system usually requires a separate inverter, a separate charger, and a transfer switch to operate. Using the GP-IC2000-12 there is only one component to install and an easy to use remote.

The IC-2000-12 is capable of passing through a full 50 amp service in an RV or boat saving the costs of extra installation time and extra components like a sub panel. The GP-IC-2000 has a power share feature. This feature allows you to combine 2000 watts from the inverter to the power from your generator to start large loads.

Example; If you had a 2000 watt generator that would not start your air conditioner (AC), you can use the power share feature on the IC2000 to combine the output power of the inverter (2000 watts) with the 2000 watt generator for a total output of 4000 watts. This would be enough power to start the AC. Once the AC is running, the draw is much lower and the generator can run the AC by itself. The GP-IC2000 has a 3-year warranty.2000 watt pure sine wave inverter with built in 100 amp charger and dual 50 amp transfer switch, plus digital display remote and temperature sensor.

Great Advice On How To Properly Use Solar Energy

Solar energy is the answer to the world’s energy problems. This is a constantly, completely renewable source of power that will continue to thrive for centuries to come. No other solution, even other renewable sources, our as capable, plentiful, and efficient. A few of the key benefits are discussed below.

If you don’t want to or can’t go for full solar power, at least consider a solar water heating system. Many regional and community governments offer financial incentives, rebates and tax credits for even doing this, just like they do for full solar installations. Check with your local government before doing anything to know the perks.

If you are comparing prices on a solar energy unit, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Some companies might offer bargain priced systems, but these systems might not hold up, be backed by a credible warranty or function in a way that really saves you money. Keep in mind that sometimes it is better to spend a little more now so that you save a lot more in the long run.

Look into portable solar energy battery packs. These can be extremely useful when you are somewhere that does not have access to power. For example, it could be used to charge your cell phone while you are camping in a remote location. It has recently become very popular, and because of this, it is relatively inexpensive.

Think about the money that you send to your power companies each month. How would you like to keep that money in your pocket? Changing to solar power will do that for you. After you pay off the initial investment, the money you used to pay to the power company will stay in your wallet.

You can depend on solar panels. They don’t have moving pieces, so when you buy a system, you can rest assured that you will not have to fix anything or buy any new parts. It takes very little effort on your part to create enough energy to power your home, making these systems a very attractive option for most people.

Look into solar powered appliances. There are a number of products that are available that are powered by solar energy. One of the most popular is the solar powered water heaters. Just having one appliance run by solar energy can save you hundreds of dollars each year in energy costs.

When you look at it over time, solar power is less expensive than buying energy from a local company. Although you do have to put up a bit of money initially, a solar power system starts paying for itself right away. Once you get back your initial investment, you are simply making a profit. This is much different than getting a bill in the mail every month.

Consider changing out your windows when you install a solar energy system. Installing energy efficient windows will help your home be easier to heat and cool, maximizing your energy savings. Since you will now be providing your own power, it is a good idea to save energy wherever you can.

Don’t use older versions of solar panels. You want to find panels that were designed within the last year or two. Older versions come at lower price points, but newer ones deliver better long-term results.

Be sure to account for maintenance and upkeep costs when figuring out the costs of a solar energy system. While solar energy has the potential for a lot of savings, it greatly depends on your location. Solar power is not right for every situation, and even has the possibility of costing you more money in the long run.

There are many companies who claim to be specialists in solar conversion. However, it is up to you to confirm that they have the proper qualifications and credentials. Check with the Better Business Bureau for their current business standing. Do an online search for any reviews. If you turn up any negative information, look for another service.

You should have your solar panels checked twice each year for peak performance. A technician will look at the angle of your panels, all of your connections and the power inverter.

Before making a choice on how many solar panels you use make a list of all the electrical appliances you use and the wattage and hours utilized by each one. This will be helpful in determining how much solar power you will need. No matter if you decide to install the equipment yourself or have someone else do it, this information will help your choices.

Are you building a home or moving to a remote location? If so, then you might want to seriously consider using solar energy to power your place. Getting the local energy company to come out to you might be expensive or impossible, so using renewable solar energy is a great way to ensure you will have all the energy you need.

Keep your solar panels out of the shade. It might seem obvious, but your solar panels do need sun. Make sure that you are not installing them in the shade. Trim back the branches on surrounding trees if you need to. Failing to do so could cost you more than half your energy output.

Solar panels produce DC electricity but your appliances need AC energy. You will have to invest in a quality power inverter to turn DC electricity into AC power. Select your power inverter carefully and do not hesitate to invest in an expensive one since the efficiency of your inverter could directly impact the amount of power you can generate with your panels. While solar power is certainly not a cure-all for energy woes, it is still an excellent option. Solar power is, actually, a great way to save money on your power bills. You need to consider companies you can locally check in with so that you have the necessary support.

This is only the beginning of a cleaner future operating on a cleaner, renewable source of power. It starts with the small changes made today by individuals everywhere. Of course, there is always some hesitation before such an important transition, but the topics covered earlier are enough to earn the idea a second thought.
